Memory of the American Indians, numerous people, survivors and their descendants, moved over the conquests of the American West, under the inexorable advance of the whites, people with traditions rooted in the preservation of territories and respect for nature. More than 8,500 people, from France and abroad, visited the exhibition "JARDINS EN VILLE" in Amboise (France, Loire Valley) devoted to my collage artwork, from July 20th to August 17th 2022. I have been particularly interested, for years, in architecture as integrated in the landscape, in an intimate symbiosis with the garden, in some sort of a perfect harmony. The visitor was invited to dive in my universe and to think of how we use the natural resources. What can be the future of our planet and are architectural projects always appropriate as far as nature protection is concerned?
In the center of the exhibition, I proposed a big tribute to the Earth with three totems, one for the aquatic planet, one for the green planet and the last one for the mineral planet. All around them, a constellation of 9 individual planets... (see details below) The town of Amboise recently acquired this unique work of art for its collections.
